We have an on-site billing specialist who will make every effort to handle, process, and follow up on your claim to make sure they get paid. This specialist is available daily to answer any questions you have regarding your dental insurance or claims.

Every insurance plan is different and may pay differently so, at your request, we can pre-authorize any needed treatment to get an accurate estimate. Please note that the insurance companies may take up to four weeks to provide us with an answer.

We realize having dental insurance is a benefit to you and it is therefore important to use your benefits fully. As a service to you, we will keep track of your benefit usage, and help you get the maximum value of your policy. Please remember that any unused benefits are lost at the end of the year.
